Enterpulse Corp. recently surveyed business professionals and determined that two-thirds would not revisit a site which had not met their expectations. The factors cited as making the difference included the site being continually updated (96%), the site being easy to navigate (96%), detailed information about the site subject (93%), and quick page loading and response to email (89%).
